Cactus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent, identified below.
1. Filing a Notice of Infringement
If you believe that content available through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works on the Services are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, a URL or account identifier);
- your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on its behalf.
Please note: under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
2. Designated Agent

3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
4. Repeat Infringers
Cactus will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
